How can you overcome Fear? part 2

Fears is in everyone's life but we don't have to let it make our decision. We always have a choice: to believe the lies that the devil wants us to believe or to give to God and don't worry about a thing anymore. Those of you who fear that people might hate you because you've sinned, let me tell you this: "All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God." Romans 3:23. We all have sins, and no one is perfect. The only perfect human that ever lived is Jesus Christ. That's why he can redeemed us from the bondage of sins. We sometimes feel that if we revealed our sins when we accept God as our savior, people will judge us. But Jesus said "Judge not lest you will be judge also." So don't worry about it. The devil wants you to keep your sins to yourselves so that he can have something to tie you to him. But if you let that sin out of your life by confessing it, he (the devil) will not have any hold on you. You see we have to believe that when we accepted Jesus Christ, he forgave us of ALL our sins not just one or two. So we don't have to be ashamed of it. Remember that Jesus is always with you when you feel him or not. He just wants you to call on him. "lo, I am with you always until the end of the ages." Matthew 28:20...

How can you over come Fear? part 1

Fears! Everyone have one or more in their life. The question we all should answer is "Am I going to let fear rule my life?" Many of us have fears that will hunt us into the night or in our everyday life. Maybe it's something we did in the past, or something we don't want to encounter in  the future. Maybe it's fear of the darkness, or maybe it's being afraid of Losing someone special to you. Maybe it's fear of repeating the same mistake your parents make. Or fear of men or women, because of rape in the past. Or maybe you're afraid of losing, or you're afraid of letting your parents down and you think you have to be perfect. Maybe you're afraid of being a dad or a mom because one of your parents walk out on you when you were young and it hurts you so much that you don't want that to happen again. My brothers and sisters in Christ, Please I urge you to not let these fears take control of your life. We only can do so much. But if we constantly letting fear make our decision in life, we will never have peace in life. Our daily life will be constantly worrying about something. Remember fears is not of God but of the Devil, the father of Lies. One common fears a lot of us have is the fear of death. If you believe in God and accepted Jesus in your life you shouldn't fear death because Jesus has overcome death and when you died you will be in heaven with him. Fear makes us want to do things we don't want to. It stirs up emotional hurts that most of the time will hurt others around us as well. It will ruin our relationship with others. If you just give all your fears to God he will take care of you. Trust in him and let Jesus be your Light in the darkness. Call out to him and give him all your burden and he will give you rest. In Psalm 34:4 It said this "I sought the Lord and he answered me; he delivered me from ALL my fears." You see God will handle it all.

Different Church groups

What are the different church groups out there? There are many different church groups out there. Almost all churches have church choir, Youth group, children ministry, children choirs, bible study groups, ect... just to name a few. I myself are involved in a bible Study group and the children choir at my church. I am actually the English song teachers at my church and there's another lady that teaches the children in our native language. We teach the children christian songs and praises and worship so they could sing in front of the congregation each Sunday. To teach the children choir you really have to be committed and love to do the work for God and are willing to sacrifice your time to do so. I learn that if you're hearts not in it then church group is not for you. It takes time and patience to lead a church group. In my bible study class I would always drive 40 minutes every Saturday to my mom's house and back to have a bible study with my little brother and his teenage friends. I lead them into the bible study and share the love of Jesus Christ with them and now they grow up to love Jesus and they all go to the Elevation Church and some of them even got baptized there. They all are going to college and army and such now. I see God working in their lives and it's amazing.

Trials and Temptations

Have you ever go through a lot of difficulties all at once? Think that you can never get out of it. And you know you  believe in God and Jesus Christ. But why do many bad things happen to good people?

The answer is simple: If you are truly reborn Christians and you go through many obstacles and problems in your life, you are being tested in faith. By testing your faith you gained perseverance. God wants to know if you are going to turn to him in your times of troubles or are you going to try to use your own strength and knowledge to get through it. He has given us each enough grace to face the troubles but we only need to ask him for help and put our faith and trust in him. Christians faces obstacles to gain strength in Faith. But the rest of the world faces troubles because Satan wants to destroyed them. They belong to him because they have not accept Jesus Christ as their savior. Jesus overcome the world, death, sins and Satan himself at the Cross at Golgotha. He rise up again three days after he died. He now stay at the right hand of God the Father. So if we have Jesus, Satan cannot touch us without his permission, because we are the child of God. In James 1:2-4 "Consider it pure Joy, my brothers, when you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be made mature and complete not lacking anything." So we should rejoice and be glad in the Lord always through good, and through bad times. By doing that we shall dwell in the peaceful place that God promise us.  

God is LOVE.

Many of us don't know that God loves us no matter what. His love for us is unconditional. The world loves us with a condition but God loves remains even when there is nobody around. He loves us so much that he was willing to buy us from the bondage of sin. He said in John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever shall believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." We don't know how to love for real until we accept his love for us. "And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him." 1 John 4:16. "We love because he first loves us." 1 John 4:19. God is awesome.
